Dennis is a genius! We were totally stuck a few weeks back, not even the installers of our air source heat pump could fix the issue we had. We were so lucky to have found Dennis. He came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it a day later. We had been without heat for 4 weeks! He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable, explaining the issue laymans terms so we could understand. He followed up to make sure things were still good after a few days, and then a few weeks, and even wrote a detailed report for the installers. I couldn't have written a better review. I fully agree with his review.  I was very impressed with Dionisie he helped my daughter and I with both our central heating boilers on a very cold night, he attended our emergency at the end of his working day when others might have gone home or even not responded.  He was very professional and committed to his customers.  He is highly recommended in my books and will certainly request his expertise again.  He was fairly priced with no hidden extras. Denis originally came over to give us a quote for installing a new boiler, as we'd been advised by someone else it wouldn't be economical to repair our existing one. Denis said that he could install a new one, but might be able to fix the current system. He fixed it within about an hour, then went on to service the boiler and install a Hive thermostat I had lying around. This was all done the same day I called for the quote, and he was very friendly and professional, explaining everything that was going on as he went.
